Part of the reason I donāt like restrictive diets is because they tend to tell you what you CAN and CANāT eat.
Imagine thisš.
Letās say you wanted to lose weight, and so you decide to cut off some of your favourite snacks including š©šŖš§š. Initially itās fine; but as the weeks go by, you start to miss your š©šŖš§š. You hold on because you have a goal weight to meetšÆ.
After months of holding out you reach your weight. Youāre relieved and happyš! And finally you reward yourself with some š©šŖš§š.
You eat whatever you want for the next 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by and you go back on the scale only to find youāve gained back the weight that took you months to lose and then some š.
This scenario doesnāt have to be a reality.
š š»āāļø You do NOT have to completely deprive yourself in order to achieve your goal. You CAN eat what you love ā¤ļø and still lose weight with the right strategies š.
