LOSE WEIGHT WHILE EATING šŸ©šŸŖšŸ§€šŸ•


Part of the reason I donā€™t like restrictive diets is because they tend to tell you what you CAN and CANā€™T eat.


Imagine thisšŸ’­.


Letā€™s say you wanted to lose weight, and so you decide to cut off some of your favourite snacks including šŸ©šŸŖšŸ§€šŸ•. Initially itā€™s fine; but as the weeks go by, you start to miss your šŸ©šŸŖšŸ§€šŸ•. You hold on because you have a goal weight to meetšŸŽÆ.


After months of holding out you reach your weight. Youā€™re relieved and happyšŸ˜ƒ! And finally you reward yourself with some šŸ©šŸŖšŸ§€šŸ•.


You eat whatever you want for the next 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by and you go back on the scale only to find youā€™ve gained back the weight that took you months to lose and then some šŸ˜­.


This scenario doesnā€™t have to be a reality.


šŸ™…šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø You do NOT have to completely deprive yourself in order to achieve your goal. You CAN eat what you love ā¤ļø and still lose weight with the right strategies šŸ˜‰.
